Both locally and further afield we hope that the wider community have had the ability to embrace Caversham Lakes and use a local outdoor recreation facility for body and mind – this is the general feedback we have received from many. It is our absolute intention to stay and continue to provide what we believe is an excellent leisure facility for the local community that provides far more benefit than harm. It is you and the many others that have made Caversham Lakes the place it is, including the near 150 locals that have provided the amazing energy and hard work to enable us all to have a great enjoyable time. Besides the employment and what we deliver at Caversham Lakes, we also believe that the effect of a closure would reach further and also effect local businesses, organisations, charities, schools, community groups & clubs that we’ve continued to work with over the last few years.
